torsion bar stuck

Default torsion bar stuck

i am trying to remove the torsion bars on my 89 s-10 blazer. one is stuck and will not come out of the key. everything is loose and there is no pressure on it. i have beat the crap out of it and it will not come out. any suggestions? thanks
