Default trac bars height adjustment

I know that I can raise/lower the front of my 94 Blazer(4x4) by adjusting the (torsion)bars that go from the front of my blazer to the mid-way area of my truck. My question is, which way do I go with the adjuster bolts to raise the front end? In or Out?

lol, it's all good

Just in case anyone reads this and has the same question, tightening the bolts (clockwise) raises and loosening (counterclockwise) lowers.
