tranfer case stuck in 4 low
1997 4.3 4l60e. lights on dash come on for the tranfer case, ok now i have truck in neutral, truck running, push button for 2 hi, light on 2 hi just blinks i dont hear nothing, will not shift, ok is the encoder motor out , and is there away to manually shift it to 2 hi?
update...... checked the wiring at the encoder plug. gettin 5,0 volts
update....... i pulled the encoder motor off, was able to move tranfer case to 2 hi. my friemd has a used encoder motor he said he would sale it to me for 20.00.. im gettin it,

ok put the encoder motor in there. man it works great. thanks to swartlkk. he is the man. his avart is great.
