RE: drivers side camber
I have discovered I am having the same problem. I just replaced both uppers and did an alignment on my garages machine. even with the cam lobe completely turned in I just can't get rid of the neg. camber. I am thinking I just need to replace all ball joints, tie rods and front struts. truck has 200K plus on the chassis so I guess I'll be better off anyways.

RE: drivers side camber
where is the cam lobe to adjust?

RE: drivers side camber
The camber/caster lobes are on the front upper control arm bolt. The bushings are eccentric so if you loosen the nut androtate the bolt head it will turn the camber lobe and move the upper control arm in/out. This is the only adjustment in the front for camber/caster.

I think my camber is fine, but my caster is messed up. Will adjusting this bolt fix the problem or do you think I may need new parts?
