Default RE: how to: bottom out the front end on a 4x4

I just dropped my 4X4 3.5"-4" in front and 5" in the back. Used 4" blocks in the back and I ride a set of GABRIEL air shocks so when deflated gives me about 5" in the back. For the front, installed a pair of Nitro-Drop shocks, removed the torsion key bolt and block (for those of you who know how a torsion key works) and I built a plate, welded on the crossmember under the torsion key, and installed a bolt through that new plate...fully adjustable suspension in the front from 1"-6"...

Here's a link to the plate system used on my Blazer, basically same thing as the kit I used but mine is homemade... much easier that flipping your torsion key or replacing with aftermarket key...I basically did mine...for FREE. Just used scrap 3/8" metal plate, welded to crossmember, drilled and tapped, then used a 7/16" Grade 8 bolt to lift the stock torsion key to desired height...

I am riding 2001 Camaro SS wheels 17X9...I do have all 4 wheels, I just got a blowout on one of the back tires...new tires coming VERY shortly. The front is a bit too low for me right now...I am sitting on the bumpstop (or whatever is left of the 1/2" I didn't cut off).
