Lift Questions
Hey everyone.New to the forum and new to blazers as well.I have a 97 S10 Blazer. Suspension is horriable. I replaced the ball joints but its still terriable. To be honest i really just wanna give the thing a 3-6 inch lift. Where can i find a kit that just replaces pretty much the entire suspension?
What don't you like about the ride? Too bouncy? Jittery?
Lifts will only change the geometry of the vehicle. It could make it worse.
Larger sway bars will help with stability. It may need shocks I dunno.
Try lathering grease between the leaf springs. (rear wheels will have to off the ground.)

I don't know if I would describe the ride on shot shocks as rough... More like riding along on a boat. My new shocks significantly stiffened up the ride. I would start with replacing the shocks.
If you do alot of offroading get gas shocks. I believe swartkk installed gas shocks in the rear and Monroes up front. He did that because of the towing he does.
Are the shocks you have the Bilsteins? Or the Orange ones? (Some French sounding brand.) Like Lecarbon or something.
