After reading the previous posts here, I am wondering if my 2000 s-10 Blazer would need the same or similar cross member replaced. The shock has basically ripped the mount apart and the shock is now wedged between the frame and gas tank. One bolt hole is definitely unusable whereas the other looks to be ok. For now, my main concern is getting to and from work. I would like to make this vehicle my "project". I already have some great ideas based off of what I have seen and read here in these forums. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

P.S. I just purchased this Blazer for $500 and it has the ZR2 package on it. I have a few more issues that I will try to post questions about in the proper forums.
