Heres one for you. i found out recently that the 4 wheel drive option in my truck is non working. thus instead of fixing that then lifting it - im just going to leave as is and lower it. I have the 4 dr and all but here is the question. Does the 1992 Chevy s-10 blazer have the same suspension as the s-10 truck? I say this because i found a 2/3 drop for only $100 for a blazer - but i dont wanna order something i cant use.

nope, 4x4 have torsion bar front suspension. 4x2 have coils. No coils no spindles not really an easy way to drop a 4x4 unless you convert it to 4x2

I've had it lowered since July and so far everything works fine, even my 4 wheel drive but it's gonna go up a couple inches maybe 3 for the winter...

O.o you can buy a 3/3 belltech kit and have it installed for 200. or, you can go crazy and go with a 5/5 by heating the springs, although i wouldn't suggest doing it.

I want to lower my 4x4 with the kit. I need to find a place to install it though.
