It'll just increase wear, likeyou might have to change ball joints and stuff like that more often then normal.

Just keep everything lubed and greased, and frequently inspect the front end parts to stay ahead of any wear.

Heres an ebay link for 2" lift shackles if it helps ya at all...

Plus, if you are towing your boat often, you may want to go with the 2" shackles in the rear over the 1" or 1.5"

When i had my explorer the shackles were rusted so bad that one broke while pulling a small trailer. But then again it was a ford so anything is possible.

Hidden Hitch = Not hidden at all..... but it works well and is about $50-$70 cheaper than the Reese which is actually hidden...
the hitch is not this muddy when you remove it from the box..lmao
