Default Shocks question!

I just installed a new set of Belltech Nitro-Drop shock in the front on my Blazer...Does it really matter if the Black Chassis/tube is on top or on the bottom? I mounted mine with the chrome shaft that goes in the tube on top and the black tube on the bottom..Is that OK?

Yes, that is the way you want to install them.
