my 98 blazer started to make a squeaking from the driver front wheel last night. sometimes when i turn i hear a loud squeak or if i hit a bump squeak. and when i lift up and down on my fender squeak squeak. possible lower ball joint cause i had my fiance lift on it and i put my hand on the lower balljoint and i feel the grind and squeaking coming from it. and im geting alot of under suspension fixed tomorrow on it do i have time til then to get it fixed or park it til then ps i drive alot for work ruffly 50 to 100 miles a day

 

General Rule: If you have lube fittings on a ball joint and it is serviced regularly, drive it CAREFULLY straight to the shop when it starts to squeak.

If it is 'lifetime lubed' you have longer.

Ironic, huh.
