Default t bar crank how tight

hello first post here, My truck was sitting a little low on the passanger side with all new front end parts and shocks all around so coudint figure out why. I figured it must be the t bar so i researched and found out how to do it, jacked it up on level ground. I started to turn the bolt with the wrench it was very easy almost could be done by hand. So this is my question how much tension should i feel on the bolt as it seams way to easy

That is normal, once you have the wieght of the truck back on it, it will be harder to turn.
