31" x 16.5" on stock jimmy rims?
with a straight axle you could do it. the rears would require a rim with like 2" of backspacing, but you could pull it off...

BUT where there is a shop like that, that i can get into when its chilly and wet, why would i ever pass it up
between his shop, and the repair place we take the GOV's there isn't a lot of driveway time for the bigger projects
