I have procomp series 97 in 15x8 with 4.5 inches of backspace with 30x9.5 tires. They do rub sometimes at full lock when i go over a good size bump or something like that. They seem to rub pretty good when I'm going in reverse and I turn the wheels for some reason. It shouldnt be as bad with 15x7 rims I wouldnt think though. Here's a pic of mine just to show you how much they do stick out

Yep, they will rub. Get yourself a body lift, or trim the fenders.
The difference in backspacing pushes the tires further out, thus hitting the fender when the tire turns, especially when flexing out.

I have 31/10.50 procomp x-terrian's on a 97 4 door. I have 2" body and t bar tweak. The tires are monted on stock rims, the tires rub behind the tires on the frame on full lock. when the wheels if half turned and i hit a bump the tires will rub the fender. Im gonna have to fender trim to have mine not rub, and get a new set of rims to get the tires away from the frame.
