I turned down the front, slightly, for a positive rake. Like a 1/2", just so the butt doesn't appear to sag.

A dremel might work but it might be too small to take off all this material. More important are tools to measure to make sure you don't take off too much and/or offset the hole.

I used a 1/4" die grinder with a carbide burr to cut and a telescoping gauge and micrometer to measure. I worked my way around the hub center, cutting and taking measurements along each segment, to make sure I stayed centered and not take off too much. I then fit each wheel to the hub and carefully took off the high spots.

I did it your way, took about two hours. One hour for the first wheel, one hour for the remaining three. Would have been faster if I hadn't had to wait for my compressor to catch up. Rides smooth as silk on the highway, much better than the tired and beat up set of wranglers I had on before.

Driveway is uneven in the pic, raises the rear end a bit as the drivers side wheel sits in a little dip

So, is there an aftermarket display that can read the TPMS sensors in these wheels?
something like this...

That is a good question. The computer would probably need programming to accept the sensor data,if that is possible. Wiring would need to be run to all four corners for the sensor pick-ups too. I wonder if Camaro wiring could be adapted to the 2nd gen ECM.

We did the same thing. Had to machine out the centers a bit on the mill.

Swapped Camaro wheels from the Blazer to my Crew Cab.
Here is the requisite gas station pic.
