Question cragar size

soo winter has been doing some damage on my wheels, pennsylvania is pretty adimate about roadsalt... and im thinking about getting a set of the cragar soft 8s. for a 97 4wd, what backspacing do i want and what width and size would be good so that they stick an inch or two but do not rub. i am not very good with sizing wheels. i am running 235/75/15s now i dont think i could go any bigger on tires. any advice??
