Default Got some new Rims, have a few ? on their width

hey everyone, I just got some new rims from my brother and they are the right bolt pattern I fairly certain (he says the guy he got them from had a Blazer, but never confirmed it). They are JB Motoring Rocker rims.

The one thing that is making me hesitate about them is they seem a lot wider than my stock rims. I measured the rim height at 15", width at 8" and the backspacing at 5" (I honestly don't know how accurate these measurements are).

Would any kind of modifications be needed to fit the stock 235/75/15 tire size on these, I really want to do 30x9.5x15 tire though.

I may be wrong here but I am pretty sure those are the same size as the factory rims bro. You should be golden. If your that worried then just mount one of the rims on and see how it fits, do a full steer test with a tape measure since the tire wont be mounted yet.

I'm pretty sure that the factory rims (on a 4x4 anyway) are 15x7, but the Pro Comps that I've got on my jimmy are 15x8 and the stock size tire fit just fine.
