How much is speedometer off with 31" tires?

i calcuted the percentage off by dividing your current tire size by your factory tire size (33/29=1.137, rounds to 1.14) you can see where i get the 14% from right?, and with 31s 31/29=1.068 rounds to 1.07, thats where i get the 7% from
