.
I grabbed these from autozone out of desperation until i can get some good ones ordered.
Dorman/AutoGrade 5/16 in. thick 4 1/2 - 5 1/2 in. bolt circle 5 lug wheel spacer
AUTOZONE WHEEL SPACER
They were 18 bucks per set of 2.

I knew a guy who had lug wheel spacers on his accord. He was going over 100 mph (Me and you know that it's unsafe going that fast, but still...) and one of his lugs either snapped or came loose and it made the car spin in circles. Luckily he didn't flip or hit someone, but instead, just kept spinning around until he came to a stop. He was a lucky man. I wouldn't risk my life over spacers though...

You probably already know this, but just thought I'd post it anyway. Imo spacers are unsafe. Especially the cheaper ones. They are also illegal, you won't pass inspection with them, and most if not all shops won't touch your wheels/tires now.

I completely agree with you. At the moment I have return the stock GM wheels and nearly bald tires back onto my blazer until I can find a safe solution. I'm considering grinding down that that small portion of the brake caliper where it was rubbing. The contact didn't look like it was extreme, but I'll tackle that issue this weekend. If worse comes to worse I'll just mount the new tires onto the old stock rims until I can get the correct size soft 8's.

I had , and still have wheel spacers / adaptors on my blazer and its passed inspection for the last two years . They are a pain in the rear , because when you change a rotor you have ten lug nuts a side 40 on the whole truck . But besides that I love them , and anybody that knows me , knows I'm in the mud more than I'm on the road . Sorry tibby I'm not trying to prove you wrong , I'm just saying . Wow I just noticed how much you paid for yours , yea I could see why they might break . Mine cost around 235 bucks for all four , I have caught air with this blazer several times , and been in mud over the tires bouncing the rev limiter , and have never had any kind of problem with them .

i think wheel adapters like anything are able to fail if mistreated and not installed properly. but wheel spacers and adapters are two diff things.
i have had wheel adapters on for over a year...granted i am not as rough and tumble as atvwarrior (daily driver) but i have randomly checked mine and have yet to have them even come loose.

Any rims that don't rub?
Pro comps rub brakets but you can let em' go cause it will fix itself?
Cragars rub calipers and you file em down?
Any 15x10 inch rims with 4.5 back space that don't rub? and are under 100 bucks?

It's not guaranteed that every wheel will rub, some do, some dont. My aluminum 15x8 with 5.5" of backspacing don't rub anything at all on my Z.
