Paint the middles and polish up the lips. I saw a thread here a while ago, someone polished up a factory wheel real nice almost looked chrome...

I would use paint since it is more durable than plastidip and easier to maintain/touch up than bedliner.

You can use paint, but remember it's permanent....if you don't like the color you can peel it off with Plastidip. I've have absolutely no trouble with my dipped rims and they look like they were just painted still.
