Default Question for a new Blazer owner

I just got a 1998 4d 4wd blazer today. In order for me to get it back on the road I need to get 4 new wheels and tires. I was wondering what specs to look for for some chrome 20"... I want to have the outside of the wheels/tires to be right at flush to the vehicle, but the more I read about offset and back spacint, the more confused.

Sorry for being an idiot, but is there anyone who can tell me the width, offset, and backspace i need on 20" to make this look happen? I have also read that the 4wd is harder to find proper fitted wheels as well.

Thanks, and if you have a place for buying what I need, I would love the suggestions as well.

The backspacing on a stock 15x7 wheel is 6". Rim diameter won't affect backspacing. As you may have noticed, the back wheels don't sit flush with the fender. For all four wheels to be flush you need about a 1"spacer or different backspacing.
