Tire Size

What is the biggest tire size you can put under an 89 Fullsize, without a lift or modifying the wheel wells, and how much lift/modifying would I need to do to fit 35x12.5x15's under it?

You will have to cut the fenders for that big of tire. Other wise at least a 4 inch
