Tires 98 stock LS

Default Tires 98 stock LS
Stock tires are 275x85x15 which equal approx 27" tall. With a 2" lift have been told can run 31"s. What I would like to know is what is the tallest tire I can run with out lifting or without rubbing. Chains will not be run on this blazer so I would not need to worry about addition clearence for them.
