I always love when I hear people on here say that they had no lift with 31s and didn't rub at all. Because I had 31s with a 2" b.l. with stock rims and I still would rub in certain instances and now that I have rims with 4.5" of b.s. and 4" of lift my tires will still rub until I trim with the wheels turned going over a bump.

 

It is possible his torsion bars are maxxed out making him believe it is stock height when the previous owner already jacked it up 2". I agree though if my 2" body lift, 1" torsion bar crank along with 31's on stock rims rub at full lock/compression, I don't know how his aren't at stock height.
