Default passenger side window won't go down

so i have this problem with my passenger side window that will only go down about 1-2 inches every so often. Both drivers and passengers side switches work which has me wondering why the window only goes down very little at a time. all the other windows work great except for that one.

has anyone ever come across this problem?
if so how did you fix it?

thanks.
