I got a 93, the spare tire is inside and it takes up a lot of space. I still wanna put a couple subs in the back, would it be a good idea to look into making a custom box to make it fit better?

Try to use a template that sometimes comes with subs when you buy them or try asking for one at an audio store. It's not that hard. Just make sure that your joints are flush, caulk the hell outta it on the inside to make sure and there you go. Make sure to check your subs' dimensions for cubic feet needed. That's pretty much it. This was my first box that I've ever built.
