Check to make sure that all of the lights are lighting up properly. Compare side to side.

umm thats what i did......thats why i created this thread.....i created this thread BECAUSE the lights arent working properly....

If a bulb is blown, the lights won't blink. By comparing side to side, you should be able to find the blown bulb and correct the problem.

ok you dont get it....the front driver side blinker......it goes on....which means the bulb is fine.....but it goes on and it doesnt blink....... its just a steady light...

There are multiple bulbs that are part of the brake/flasher lights on either side of the truck. I am confident that your problem is simple and is caused by a blown bulb or corroded connection at the bulb. The flasher works based on the load on the circuit. If a bulb is blown or the connection is corroded to the point of not illuminating just one of the 3 bulbs on one side (remember, front[2] & back[1] are in the same circuit when it comes to the turns & hazards), it will not flash.
I can't tell if you have inspected all of the bulbs AND connections from the short descriptions you have given, but I'll be damned if I'm going to stick around given the attitude you have portrayed. Sorry for trying to help you confirm the simple things based on what I have come across all too frequently with older vehicles. My mistake, obviously.
Good luck with your problem.

It sounds like one of the bulbs is blown or their is too much resistance somewhere as mentioned above.
