smelling fuel
1989 S10 blazer
Smelling fuel off and on, driving and when parked. No pools underneath, oil level is fine
Smell is coming from everywhere, can't find any strong points. Seems to be losing fuel but not sure.
This is the info i have to work with on a blazer i haven't seen, What could i tell the person to look for?
What are the possible problems? I'd really appreciate the help
Thanks

RE: smelling fuel
sound similar to a problems i was having. Check in the fender well of Ur drive side rear tire. with a flash light and u should see the sending unit lines there could be acracking the line or a clamp came lose. if u don't see any wet spots . then turn the truck on and see if u can see any spraying. i had a pin hole in my line and i could always smell it but couldn't find it. good luck keep us posted.
