01 blazer won’t start

Default 01 blazer won’t start

Just picked it up 2 days ago it’s an 01 127k miles broke down thought it was gas filled the tank broke down literally 10 seconds later starts back up but dies out 5/10 seconds in not the alternator fuel pump ?!

Might as well check the fuel pressure. It's a super common problem on these trucks.

Also, and check engine lights? Codes? Got spark?

will do and no check engine light but I believe all my gauges and maybe even sensors may be bad when it shuts off says check gauges, and I was gunna get it checked out tomorrow first thing

Fuel pressure does not throw codes, check gauges dash light is lit up when key is on and nothing is being read by the computer { oil pressure, voltage ECT. } - it's normal

Do not bother with that right now. If the oil pressure drops down, then it triggers the "check gauges" on. When You shut the engine, You also shut down the oil pump, that is driven by a crankshaft, so the oil pressure drops down. Therefore You my be getting "check gauges" on. And, even if the "check gauges" is on, it will not automatically shut down Your engine. Check the fuel pressure test. It's amongst the sticky topics.

Like the others said, check guages comes on with the key on, engine off. Don't worry about that. Get your fuel pressure checked, and post the results
