Ok i got it out... Are tou suppose to be able to move the rotor just a little bit

Follow what GeorgeLG says.
And before You get much into repair, I suggest You make an accurate diagnose. Reading codes plus some live parameters will save You of unnecessary work and expenses. We'll help You sort the things out. First, get the scanner, check if there are any codes and report.

Update. I got screw out on weds but put a hole in cap getting it. Im going to install new cap and rotor. I picked up code reader from my dad. He usually helps me but has been sick lately. Ill run for codes as soon as i get it put back together. Thank you George
