A viton schrader valve should be compatible with the fuel. Schrader International PN 8080731047 is a fuel systems product with viton seals. Some refrigeration supply places also sell standard valves with viton seals.

wow, thanks for diggin that up! ill see what i can find locally! called one wrecker they have a 94 z code so ill have to pop in to see if the valve is the same.

I believe that this valve is pretty much the same on just about all vehicles.

i thought so but i checked on my spare lt1 fuel rails and on them its welded on...

the valve is a two piece, the internal one threads in like normal, the external one is welded on or part of the rail line.

found one of a 95 from another wrecker!

That should do it! You could probably magnetize your valve stem tool as well. Whatever works!
