Default 97 Blazer - New Pump now no power to the pump.

I just replaced the fuel pump and now I dont have any power to the pump. I was having problems with the old pump but it still run so I had power before. I also change over to the new plug. I did check power at the splice and no power at the splice.

The grey wire at the pump module connector should have battery voltage for ~2 seconds when you initially turn the ignition to the run position. It should then drop to zero volts. Did you solder the connections when you spliced the new connector on? Do both black wires at the module connector show less than 5 ohms resistance to ground?
