In the last few days my Blazer has started to GURGLE when;
1) I first start it.
2) I make a quick turn at an intersection.
I do get a brief period where I can smell Coolant fluid when I first start it up, but then it goes away.
I checked the Coolant level and it was NOT low. Heat is fine. Defrost is fine (no fogging of windshield when in defrost mode). No coolant leaks inside or outside the vehicle. Temp gauge shows no over or under heating, it's right on.
Any ideas what might be going on?

Yep, I would both flush the heater core and purge the air from the system.

And if there is no coolant leak, you should check/ change the radiator cap also.

Disconnect both hoses to the heater core on the outside of the firewall. Connect a garden hose to the inlet and run water through until it comes out clear. Repeat the procedure for the outlet to the core.
To purge air raise the front of the vehicle with the passenger side slightly higher remove the radiator cap and run the engine to operating temperature watching for air bubbles at the filler neck. Add coolant as needed let the engine cool and repeat procedure. Possibly a third cycle.
