Default Abs module replacement

So I replaced my wheel sensors and started getting the low speed ABS application. Remedied that but was getting the intermittent ABS light on the dash. Re-soldered the large connections on the circuit board as directed here. (you could see the cracks under magnification) But it is still happening and there is a very very slight indication of ABS activation at any speed. (Just a really slight feel on the pedal and it is audible but I am talking about a millisecond here).

So I got one from a junk yard but the light comes on but no audible or feeling of ABS application.

So would there be a specific joint to re-solder on the original board? I was going to take another look at it before I remove the junk yard one and re-solder that one.

Then on to the module masters replacement if I cant fix these. Thanks in advance for any suggestions...

I'm new to the forum, and I'm trying to create a new thread. I see quite a bit of ABS light issues. I changed the front brakes, bled them, and now I have the ABS light on constantly with my 97 blazer 4x4. I could live with that, but now my windows don't roll down, and the heater, brake lights quit working; no power to the fuses. I power washed the front wheels as was recommended and that didn't help. At times the ABS light goes out, but I push the window button, and it's right back on, and sometimes the brake light comes on also.
This sure is a great forum. This 73-year-old dog has learned some new tricks. I do need some help starting a new thread.
Thanks, Jim

IIRC LannyL81 is an expert on those soldering points. I haven't seen him too much lately but you could look up some of his old posts.

MMC- Sounds like you have some serious stuff going on there. To start a thread go through the topics and pick the one that is most appropriate and click on it. Then in the upper left you will see a box to start a new thread. And there is a search box on the upper left you can use to search current threads that may cover some of your problems. Good luck...

Also, I tried soldering some of the mid-size joints in my original module that did not look perfect. Now my ABS light stays on all the time!!!

I put the junk yard one back on and will have an auto electrician look at it...
