Default A/C fan issues

So I’ve read the couple different posts about the subject but so far nothing has worked. I only have air blowing on speed 4 and it is only blowing through the defrost vents and head vents(regardless of which setting I choose). I’ve checked all the fuses and replaced them. I replaced the blower motor relay and resistor and yet still no luck. Anyone have any other suggestions?

So you replaced the blower motor resistors? (below) Have you checked your under-hood vacuum lines? These supply vacuum to the actuators that direct to where the air flows in the HVAC system.

Yes, I replaced the resistor and the relay that sits right above it. I’ve checked all the vacuum lines with soapy water and saw no leaks.

I control unit itself was faulty at one time, odd temperatures and lack of certain fan speeds. Swapped it out with a used one from the ward and haven't had a problem since. That was 3 years ago. Might be something to look at, although it is rare that the control itself goes kaput

That was going to be my next plan, I wanted a second opinion just to see if someone had any other ideas.
