CAN NOT SEE
I believe 4300 Kelvin is close to stock HID and 6000 Kelvin is the purest white available. Try those suckers first. Did you put the headlights back in their tabs after putting new bulbs in?
Fogs will help only in fog conditions and only if aimed properly. They will not help in normal night time conditions or when using high beams as they should turn off when high beams are on.

If its a good HID kit iw will do better but it they also cost $$$. I am running GE nighthawks with the Quad beam mod for my High beams and I light up a ton of area. I have a slightly modified quad beam mod though, I keep my DRL for day driving then I really have 3 headlight modes lows, highs, and quad.
Wait wait wait....you bought 8500k lights that are not HIDs? That means they probably just put a coating over a stock replacement bulb. A real HID light with ballast and everything in 8500k will still give you more light than what youre dealing with.
Whered you find these lights you put in anyway?

yeah i bought them on ebay i wanted a blue color instead or white..... i wish i didnt had to buy them and just got the HID kit but bought some driving lights today so hope see would that make a bit of diff
You will lose the blue effect you want if you get white driving lights..The best bet would be to save your money and get the HID kit...at least those blue tinted lights have high lumen output..
