Default Converting to driver info center

Hello i have a general question i was wondering how hard it is to replace the standard compass and temp gauge to the four button info. center do i need to wire it in or can i just unhook it and drop it in where mine is now?

its very easy to do. i did a write up...i will see if i can find the link.
you have to run one wire to the back of the obdII scanner port.

im certainly interested what spare do u have floating around the harness or the display? it seems easy enough

oh ok that would be cool it's honestly no big deal tho just to clarify it's an 01 i was just wondering how much work would need to be done to install it seems very straight forward
