Dash Repair help requested

This has happened before and I guessing people smarter than me have fixed it.

Sorry on Your loss.
I have been fixing the driver's door handle lately - a previous owner broke it completely off. Nearby I have a shop that does the plastic welding. They welded in a new plastic pieces into a handle and fixed some already torn places for about $15. The prices for plastic welding equipment are nothing big, but yet they do the work cheap so I don't have to learn another skills

Turns out things were better than I thought. The adapter was broken on the inside so once I clean things up it became apparent that the previous owner cut some of the dash for his bitchin' system.
So working slowly and with a new adapter I have restored the radio function
