Default Driver side door lock not working any ideas on where to start?

I have a 99 Jimmy my driver side door lock stopped working. It wont lock with the key, or from the inside when I press down on the manual lock. The electronic locks also failed at the same time and none of the doors will lock with the fob or the electronic lock\unlock buttons inside.

I tried taking a quick look at the latch on the driver door. The metal rods that connect the manual lock on the inside and the key lock on the outside look like they are in good condition. I checked if I could lock the door by moving the parts on the latch that connect to the manual lock inside and the key lock on the outside and I couldn't get either to move at all. I am thinking the latch is probably bad. I cant find my repair book for wiring diagrams but I am ok at electric diagnostic if anyone knows what to check for. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading 😁

Here is your wiring diagram, let me know if you need any help with diagnosis. Depends on how detailed you want to get. A quick check is to do some relay swapping. After that, we break out the digital meter and do some voltage tracing.
