Alright heres what i came up with i just figured it out right above the plastic box along the gas pedel side theres a vacuum actuator right above with 2 hoses brown going in and the black one connects underneath the canister thingy duh just like the picture shows that i had circled earlier if you look at the pictures i have posted with the schematics you should be able to locate the heat vacuum line colors and trace them for your leak while your dash is apart i tried getting this done before you tore yours apart im so sorry but check out my pictures and you should be able to locate the vacuum color you need to find for your heat are you sure its connected tightly behind you ac/heater control next to your stereo? It looks like yours is the same lines im dinking with to the lower mode actuator the brown and black hoses check those out for your heat for a leak the actuator you cant really see up there you just have to feel for it i removed the plastic piece you see under the dash in front of the console but i think you should beable to feel for it i did notice the black hose didnt take much to slide on the actuator so it could be leaking around that one the brown one has a strap around it so it cant go anywhere try to find that actuator check for leaks if your dash is still apart.
