New ride is pretty good. None of the interior rattles like the Blazer, and it has cloth interior which I like a hell of a lot more then leather. Has some of the same issues though, rear wiper doesn't work, abs light is on, windshield washer pump doesn't work, the 2 wheel button doesn't light up, but it was a steal for $1500. I'll probably just part out the Blazer, or sell it as a whole, I've gotten offers for $500, we'll see.

No worries. Would a faulty spider assembly cause a rough idle? That would explain why there's gas in the crank case. The mechanic report said there's a drop in fuel pressure. I would like to go to the junk yard and get an assembly for cheap if possible and see if that solves my problem, then I can get more money for it.

yeah, that might be a good idea.
if you can get one that hasn't been screwed with yet (by the "parts wreckers" that seem to frequent the yard), and get it for a good price. when i swaped out the one in mine (with another used one i had), i never replaced any of the gaskets, just cleaned everything really well (which should always be the case).
and i'm glad i did it that way, since it wasn't even the issue in the first place.
GL with that. fix 'er, then throw it up on Kijiji or Craigslist.

Just change the oil & filter. I would pour a quart in and let it run out after you drain it to try to flush more of the gas out. It would not hurt to change it again after a day or 2 of driving. You could drain the filter but a new filter should not be needed.

Thanks, that's good to know. I'll probably start ripping and tearing in the next few days when it warms up. Man not having a garage sucks.
