Default MityVac vacuum brake flushing?

Anybody else out there have any luck using a MityVac to flush out the brake fluid? Ye olde two-person method will take forever, and does not seem to work... Since I've got access to the MityVac, should the vacuum flush method it work? And should there be any problems with the ABS?

Easiest way I've found with ABS brakes is gravity bleeding. Crack open the right rear and keep the reservoir full. When the fluid comes out clean, close it then do the same to the left rear. Then to the right front, then finally the left front.

It'll take a while, but don't wander far - you don't want the reservoir to go dry.
