Black smoke means it's running rich. When was the last time you had a tune up done?

Any check engine lights or codes present?

(last time you had a tune up done)>>>>you mean change spark plug and rotor ...etc?

If yes its in 11 November 2017 (I replace spark plugs, fuel filter, distributor rotor and cap, wire plug and pcv valve)
also before 6 months I replace spider injectors with new gm and new cam shaft sensor.

''NO engine light''

Black smoke is running rich, too much fuel or...not enough air. Check the easy stuff first like air filter and such. I truely feel for all you people that have to get these tests done and passed, don’t have that here so never had to go thru it nor worry about it.

This was something we had to do for my old carbureted 68 Mustang when it was subject to emission tests. To keep the plugs from being fouled while waiting in line, I'd have to rev it ever minute or so and immediately before going into the testing area.
