Does the air just not come out at the bottom when directed there? Or does it come out elsewhere when you tell it to come out the floor? Does it move to the defrost? Korey.

I think there is a relearn procedure. I will look at work today. I cannot remember if these are electric actuated or vacuum. If they are vacuum I would say you have a loose/ broken vacuum line. I believe the vacuum line is the one that attaches to the intake at the same place as the PCV valve. I would check there today while I am looking it up today at work. Korey

I checked today and the mode doors are run by vacuum, and the temp door is by electric actuator. So Miller_1787 you should be checking that vacuum line I mentioned, and let usknow what you find. Blazernoob, I still don't 100% understand. So when you have the mode set to floor you don't have any airflow anywhere?? But works fine on the vent and defrost, right?? I have read about the airdoor/ linkagefor the floor heat breaking. That is what it sounds like to me if I understand you by saying it works fine everywhere but on the feet. If this is the case you will need to remove the dash than the airbox to fix this problem. Good luck, Korey.
