I have a '96 chevy s10 blazer 4.3 vortec v6 and my fiance just replaced the intake manifold gasket. Got it all put back together and at first it wouldn't start. He took off dist. and made sure timing was lined up. It will start, but it's a rough start. After it starts up it runs fine and shuts off fine. Just rough getting it started. Any ideas?

I would first guess that you have a vacuum leak... Have you made sure that all of the vacuum lines are connected? You can use an unlit propane torch to trace around all of the gasket surfaces with the engine running, listening for a change in the RPM of the engine.
