Sway bar end link,,,wich way does it go
I recently busted both rusty bolt's on my front sway bar. I just swung it forward and tie it up out of the way until I can get it fixed. Now I don't know what goes where. I'm guessing the boltpoint's up from the bottom. The sway bar would go between the more tapered end of the bushing's. I'm not sure where the spacer goes. Take a look at the pic. Do I have it right. Better yet, anyone have a diagram or even a pic. Thank's.
Well I tried to fix the pic to get rid of the red x. Now I can't re-load it. It's telling me file is too big. It's the same file. What am I doing wrong. Also, when I edited my post, I got alot of apostrifie's.

If it is like most aftermarket replacements, you will have 4 bushings with one end tapered down a bit, 4 cupped washers, a spacer, a bolt, and a self locking nut for each side. If that is the case, you will bolt it together as follows...
Washer on bolt, cupped end up. Bushing, tapered end up. Bolt through control arm. Bushing, tapered end down. Washer, cupped end down. Spacer. Washer, cupped end up. Bushing, tapered end up. Sway bar. Bushing, tapered end down. Washer, cupped end down. Nut.
Leave loose while assembling the other side.
In the picture that was posted above, the spacer is the plastic peice in the middle so there are no additional washers for the middle of the endlink.
