The first pic is out of order...It should be the last pic..full throttle. Sorry about that. I think all of the rest are in the correct order. I hope this is helpful. Do you think taking out the a MAF sensor and spraying it with the MAF sensor spray will be helpful? Thanks for your help. Hv a gr8 day.

Pics...

Did the P0101 come back after you cleared the codes? Did you remove the airbox again and check the snorkel position?

I want to get the answers to these questions out of the way before going on. I've asked for them several times.

5.83 lb/min = only 44 g/sec. If this is your reading at FULL THROTTLE 1-2 shift, then MAF reading is quite low. Should be above 130 g/sec. If you weren't at absolute full throttle, then test means nothing. It also doesn't mean the MAF sensor is bad, as restricted intake or exhaust or even other sensors can cause same low readings. I'm betting that either the snorkel for the air box is pinched or the catalytic converter is plugged (you said at one point that you was getting a P0420), but we haven't finished the diagnosis yet on anything, so please don't jump to any conclusions.

p.s. you don't have to take photos of everything. Just type the readings from here on out.

Yes my vehicle has three codes...P0101, P0420 and P0446. I will rerun MAF test and make sure the engine is at full throttle. I will send you those results when I've done them. No pics just numbers. Thanks again for all of your help.

Rest codes....drove around...ck engine light back on...P0446...same as b4. So did a smoke test. Put smoke pipe in b4 evap purge valve, b4 shrader valve. Smoke came out bottom back side of evap vent soleniod in back of car. In my case up above the gas tank.....engine running or not still smoke. Removed solenoid...thought it was bad...did a bench test with 9volt battery...no clicking. Went to buy a new one....did same bench test...no clicking out of new one. Tried again and tested on car battery...both clicked. So maybe not a bad solenoid. Tested plug to solenoid...tried just key turned on and engine running....no power. Is there a fuse for this emissions system? If not where does the power for the evap vent solenoid come from? Suggestions for what else to do? Thanks for all of your help. Hv a gr8 day.

I have a new update about my ZR2. Today I again tested the plug that goes to the EVAP vent solenoid and it did not have any power. I checked the fuse that I believe is Eng1 that says it pertains to the EVAP system and other systems and the fuse was good. Is there another or different fuse that I should check? I then started tracing the pinkish red wire and the white wire both very small gauge from the plug and found that the pinkish red wire goes all the way to the front of my vehicle where it's bundled with approximately 13 wires to start with and then it gets reduced down to 9 wires near the engine and that nine wire bundle does not include the white wire which I'm guessing is a ground wire. I followed the white wire to a connector that is up over a cross member of my frame near the transmission housing and the other side of that plug appears to go over the transmission and from there I'm not sure where. My question is how do I test that the pinkish red wire has power before it gets to the plug and where does that pinkish red wire come from? My other question is how do I trace the white wire which may in fact be a ground wire to make sure that it's not broken or not grounding or something else which could be the reason why I have no power at the plug that goes into the EVAP vent solenoid which may in turn be why I have a code P0 446 that keeps coming on and causing the check engine light to come on. I am hopeful that someone in this forum has dealt with this problem before and knows how to fix this issue. Thank you again for your time and expertise and assistance. I will look for a response. Thanks again. Have a gr8 night.

What year? One of us might have the wiring diagrams you need.

Here you go (attached). Pink wire should have power. White wire grounds the circuit through the PCM.

Note that ENG1 also powers the MAF sensor, so there is another test point. Also could be why a P0101 mentioned quite a few posts back..
