Default Aftermarket radio

I installed an aftermarket radio in my 2001 s10 blazer and when I reach a certain speed (30mph) it will shut off and when I stop it will come back on

The factory stereo had SCV (speed compensated volume). It got louder as the truck's speed increased. I'm not sure what color that wire is on your 2001. Any speed related radio problem with an aftermarket unit is usually caused by that wire not being capped.
