Just to let you all know the voltage meter on the cluster is a good way to get an inaccurate reading of your battery voltage...Try using a DMM at the battery for an accurate reading..Or for a more permanent meter stinger makes some nice Digital VM's you can mount into the dash with a little customization...

My alpine was digital and would drop under 12 volts on big hits. and that was only 550watts, power hungry lil bugger.

Oh, I know it's by no means an accurate measurement...
But it DOES tell you when somethings drawing a lot of juice
