Loud isn't always better X3. It's awesome when your 16-17. But when you hit 24 and can't hardly hear and dead silence=awkward ringing in your ears you kind of regret it. I'm speaking from experience... My two most used words has to be; huh and what.
I swear missing a day on this forum is like missing a month! Two weeks is like a year. That sundown line-up looks great. Those huge motor assemblies is like seeing a 454 stuffed in a single cab s-10. Your first thought is DAMN!, immediatly followed by "I bet that sounds AWESOME." I often thought about a thread like this but didn't know if it would stay real active or not. Glad to see it's got some life in it.

Any thoughts on it? I checked out a lot of reviews and its pretty good for the price.

yeah... if you plan on having a quality system you need a headunit with more control and better RCA voltage. some people say there is no difference, but when i put in my Pioneer 880PRS i loved the control i have.
anyways, if you're just continuing on with the "i wanna be loud" aspect, go for it

Tyler, i was wondering something earlier.... How do you plan on crossing the tweeters and speakers? the 8 inch squares you have only play up to 10,000 Hz. i don't know any amps that are on the cheaper side capable of going up to 10,000 hz on their onboard crossovers.

I ordered the head unit because i'm gonna need that first when I finish up my interior. And I just picked up 8 of the Rockford Fosgate P2's for $400. Pretty awesome deal considering I can sell em for $150 a pair and make $200

So i've decided on a ported box.. I was just wondering if you guys think I should do 6 on top and 2 in front, or 4 on top and 4 in front to even it out?
I'm gonna start working on the box as soon as i get my interior painted and tool boxes made [:
